Job specification

• Cleaning and disposing of leftovers after breakfast service in accordance with hygiene standards.
• Preparing and processing ingredients for the following day, including breakfast, half-board meals, and staff meals.
• Preparing dishes for the à la carte menu.
• Preparing, replenishing, and monitoring the buffet during restaurant service.
• Assisting with food service during à la carte operations.
• Preparing staff meals for the following day.
• Maintaining cleanliness of workstations and kitchen equipment throughout the shift.
• Cleaning kitchen equipment, including ventilation hoods.
• Handling dishes and cooperating with the night receptionist in operating the dishwashing area.
• Following hygiene, safety, and kitchen operational standards.

Candidate Requirement

• Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is needed (2years).
• Knowledge of food preparation and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliability, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.
