Bring your creative culinary skills and desire to work in a safe, comfortable, and climate-controlled environment. We have 2 Cafes and 4 Kitchens in a welcoming, supportive, and vibrant workplace that provides flexible scheduling so you have time to spend with family and friends. Take part in live-action cooking and work in fresh, hip, and unique kitchen and dining environments. Our mission, that the later years of life are filled with the potential for love, growth, friendship, peace, and dignity, succeeds because of our culinary staff. Our Quaker value-centered work environment is a family atmosphere where residents and staff thrive.

The culinary staff creates exciting and delicious cuisine and, at times, an international flair and themed special dinners and parties. Some ingredients are even grown by residents in their hydroponic gardens. Work in one of our multiple cooking operations with the grill, hearth oven, panini presses, charbroiler, live cooking stations, and more. Ensure accurate and attractive presentations and prepare special meals and catering events. Learn from your culinary team members and share recipes and techniques. Work with our Sous and Executive Chefs and follow all food safety guidelines. These positions work 10:45am – 7:15pm, Monday – Friday, and everyother weekend. Some cook positions work mornings to prepare breakfast. Enjoy your time with family and friends while enhancing your culinary career.

Located near West Chester, PA, Wilmington, DE, and Maryland, our community is nestled on 500 acres of rolling hills, green meadows, and beautiful gardens.
