About the opportunity
The Prep Cook position at Corporate offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where individuals can develop their culinary skills and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for patrons.

What you'll get to do
* Sets up, clears, and breaks down workstations to ensure efficiency in food preparation and delivery
* Washes and disinfects kitchen areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment to maintain a clean and sanitized environment
* Prepares and cooks food to the correct temperature and presentation standards
* Maintains food at proper temperatures and handles food following proper procedures to ensure sanitation and safety
* Reports any maintenance problems or other issues to supervisors as they occur to ensure prompt resolution

Skills and Experience
* Ability to follow direction with ease and work well without supervision
* Good, safe knife and equipment skills to prevent accidents and ensure efficient food preparation
* Ability to absorb a large amount of information in a short period and make decisions as needed to ensure quality guest service
* Ability to adapt to change, new situations, changes in staffing, and procedures to maintain a flexible and efficient work environment
* Ability to maintain regular attendance and be punctual in a complete uniform for any scheduled shift
* Ability to maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees to promote a positive and productive team environment
* Ability to stand and walk for long periods, stoop, squat, and/or kneel frequently, and push/pull, lift, and carry heavy objects occasionally
