You'll play a vital role in adhering to dietary guidelines and upholding food safety standards. Your expertise in maintaining plating standards, monitoring food temperatures throughout preparation, service, and storage, as well as following FIFO and labeling practices will be key. Additionally, your knowledge of safely and efficiently operating kitchen equipment, along with your commitment to keeping the kitchen environment clean and organized, will ensure we meet all regulatory safety guidelines. The ideal candidate must possess strong culinary skills, knowledge of special dietary and therapeutic diets and special requirements including diabetic, low or no sodium, mechanical soft and puree diets.
