As a part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, we engage a diverse audience of theater enthusiasts, food connoisseurs, and entertainment seekers. What you will be doing: Prepare station-specific food items according to recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.Monitor product storage, portion sizes, and special items like stocks and sauces.Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas to meet Health Department regulations.Ensure equipment is clean, sanitized, and operational.Uphold high standards of food production and presentation.Maintain personal hygiene and sanitation practices.Manage station setup, breakdown, and prep work.Follow recipe specifications for all food preparation.What we are looking for: Evening availabilityPrevious cooking experience required, 1-2 years in a similar position preferred, Culinary or Apprenticeship program preferred. High school diploma preferred.
