LV Petroleum is currently hiring Cooks to support multiple restaurant concepts at one of our high-volume locations! This unique opportunity allows you to work across Rally’s, Charleys, Bojangles, and Black Bear Diner while gaining experience in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook menu items according to brand standards and recipes
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance
• Stock and prep ingredients throughout the shift
• Work efficiently during busy meal periods while supporting team operations
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and company procedures
• Assist across multiple concepts as business needs require

Requirements
Qualifications:
• Previous cook, kitchen, grill, or food prep experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Dependable with strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred

LV Petroleum is an active operator of convenience stores and travel centers in several markets. They are currently operating 13 Conoco-branded C&G assets in the Las Vegas Metro area. The partnership is able to purchase unbranded fuel and sell it under a licensing agreement with Phillips 66, Gulf, Sunoco, 76 and Conoco and access the Conoco credit card network. They currently supply over one million gallons per month to 32 locations.
There is also a pipeline of 20 new sites that will open during 2023, 2024 and 2025.
This expansion includes gas stations + convenience stores and travel centers in Nevada, Arizona, Colorado and Kansas. LV Petroleum is the new identity for this collection of low price/high service gas stations, convenience stores and Travel Centers.
