• Hand-batter, fry, and prep with precision – no shortcuts, just the real deal
• Follow recipes and food safety procedures with integrity
• Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for action
• Work with speed, accuracy, and classic Southern grit
• Communicate with your team – because in our kitchen, we win together
• Be coachable, dependable, and ready to grow with us

Compensation: $12.50 per hour

In 2019, Southern Classic Chicken began expanding and now has nearly 20 locations across Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas. We are currently looking for franchise operators who have what it takes to make this chicken fly!
