About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Cook to join Culinary in Jumeirah Mallorca The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following recipes and Chef guidelines, ensuring excellent presentation.
• Maintain organized mise-en-place and cleanliness to support smooth kitchen operations.
• Manage your assigned kitchen section and coordinate team tasks during service.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times.
• Assist in menu preparation, team support, and efficient use of kitchen resources.
  

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or restaurants.

• Professional, approachable, and team-oriented.

• Ability to work under pressure with flexibility to meet operational needs.
