The Role
We are seeking to recruit for season 2026 passionate, hardworking, generous and enthusiastic individuals who work in alignment with all team members.
Our Kitchen brigade is a major part of our team. We are In the process of building our gastronomic identity and culinary experiences for our guests.
We work with a fully equipped and organised kitchen with all the modern tools and equipment, plus wood fire oven, Argentinian grill and all that a kitchen needs to apply old and new techniques.
We are building an environment where personalized relationships between our team and our guests influence our space. We are contracting these relationships on mutual respect & generosity, while we need to be able to deliver our one of a kind services and offerings based on accountability and extreme professionalism

Each house has its own character where guests can feel at home, with four different layouts to choose from, all including ample space, private gardens, outdoor showers and a breath-taking view of the sea and the surrounding landscape.
