The role

Cook is at the heart of the restaurant. You'll be prepping fresh food daily, problem-solving on the line, and getting hands-on with vibrant Mexican flavours — using fresh ingredients to put out a genuinely great product for our regulars and new guests alike.

What we're looking for

• Kitchen experience is a bonus, not a must

• Coachable, keen to learn, ready to put in the work

Working hours are from 6.30AM - 10:30PM. Looking for all availabilities and shifts are flexible.
