POSITION: Cook III, Wirt County High School

If a regular or substitute fills a vacancy that is related in any manner to an
unpaid leave of absence or the absence of an employee on workers'
compensation as provided in this section, upon termination of the absence
the employee shall be returned to his or her original position or status
CONTRACT: Temporary Position to Fill Leave of Absence: Throughout the completion of
2026-27 School Year, or until the employee can return to their previous position,
(whichever occurs first).
QUALIFICATIONS:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to climb steps and ladders up to designated areas to perform job assignments.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: As per job description (available upon request)
SUPERVISOR: Wirt County High School Principal
SALARY: Based on Wirt County Salary Scale C, job classification, and years of service.
