Holiday Inn Express Pokhara is a modern, internationally branded hotel located near Lakeside Road, close to Pokhara’s key tourist and commercial areas. The hotel offers 90 comfortable guest rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, bar & lounge, lobby lounge, a 213 sqm meeting and events space, and a fitness centre.

The secret ingredient in every single dish served in our restaurants is a pinch of hard work behind the scenes. We’re looking for a Cook to help our chefs make every dish memorable by setting and maintaining exceptional standards in our kitchens.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: ●Prepare and cook food items according to standard recipes, quality guidelines, and presentation standards.●Assist in mise en place, including chopping, marinating, portioning, and basic food preparation.●Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and plating during all service periods●Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment.●Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.●Support smooth kitchen operations by coordinating with team members during busy service periods.●Monitor stock levels, minimize wastage, and handle ingredients properly.
What We need from you: ● Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment preferred● Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards.● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours.● Strong Strong Strong teamwork and communication skills.● Attention to detail and passion for food quality and presentation.
