Compensation: $17.50-$18.50 / hour
Reports To: Café Manager / Ownerr
Approximate shift times: 1st Shift: 7am-1pm. 2nd Shift: 12:30pm-7pm.

About the Role
We’re seeking a dependable, motivated Cook/Kitchen Assistant to join our pre-opening team. You’ll play a vital role in creating fresh, health-conscious dishes that align with our sprouted-grain and wellness-driven philosophy.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
Ensure food is presented attractively and consistently
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times
Assist in receiving, labeling, and storing deliveries
Support the front-of-house team when needed
Participate in opening and closing duties
Qualifications
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Prior kitchen or prep experience helpful but not required
Ability to follow recipes and directions precisely
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
Passion for healthy, sustainable food preparation
Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
