Compensation: $17.51 - $21.23 / hour
Schedule Full-time 40 hours per week | Varies Monday-Friday | Every other Weekend
Lunch/Dinner shift: 10am-7pm | Breakfast shift: 5am-1:30pm
Must be available to work all shifts, schedule will vary. Typically, two morning shifts per week.
Shift Premiums: Weekend (Sat & Sun 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm) $ 0.50

As a Cook in our scratch kitchen, you'll have the opportunity to create wholesome, delicious meals that not only nourish but also bring joy to the hearts of older adults. You'll be the one behind the smiles, crafting food that connects and delights. Every meal you prepare will make a meaningful impact, helping our residents feel cared for, loved, and energized. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of nutritious meals for residents.
- Collaborate with our team to create healthy and flavorful dishes.
- Cater to special dietary requirements and restrictions.
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Move between dining areas to cook in the Main Dining Room and the Fairway Grill.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Experience in a professional kitchen as a cook, line cook, or prep cook in the food service industry.
- Culinary Education, preferred.
- ServSafe Certification, preferred.
- Ability to participate in frequent stooping and bending, lifting up to 35 pounds.
