Pay: Starting at$18/hr

Schedule: Full Time Time (Varied- but no late nights)

Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Who you are:

• Ability to communicate effectively and perform simple arithmetic.
• A minimum of one year’s experience as a Cook with responsibilities in a hotel, restaurant, club, or similar institution
• Ability to plan and organize work, to interpret instructions, recipes, specifications, and standards
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment operations and maintenance
• Basic understanding of English

General Summary:

The Cook is responsible for the preparation of all food items as per standardized recipes as well as cleaning duties in the kitchen.

Essential Job Duties:

• Maintains assigned workstation in a safe and sanitary condition.
• Maintains acceptable standards of personal hygiene and complies with department dress code.
• Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
• Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
