You will work closely with the chef and café supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of the café kitchen. Overseeing the running of the kitchen in the chef's absence, ensuring you meet with the set high standards of food hygiene and professionalism, whilst consistently serving our visitors high quality food prepared and cooked onsite.
