In the kitchen, this is what we do...

• Work Safely as we serve as many people as possible great tasting food fast and friendly.
• Cook food according to recipes and planned menus.
• Maintain Kitchen Cleaning Standards for dishes, utensils, equipment, and facilities.
• Maintain Food Safety and Quality Standards for all food produced.
• Great Customer Service Skills with basic math skills
• Be able to lift items up to 50lbs. Frequent standing/walking 90% of the time.

Job Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a bonus but not required.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred, ideally in a high-volume setting.
• Familiarity with basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus.

Physical Requirements

Stand and work in a kitchen for 8–10 hours. Lift up to 50 lbs (e.g., food supplies). Handle heat and kitchen tools comfortably.
