Santikos Collection, a renowned hospitality company specializing in luxury resorts and hotels, is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Cook A' to join our exceptional culinary team. As a Cook A'/B' , you will have the opportunity to work at one of our exquisite properties and contribute to the unforgettable dining experiences we offer to our esteemed guests.

In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring that all meals are prepared according to our strict standards of excellence. Under the guidance of our experienced chefs, you will collaborate with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional culinary masterpieces.

We are seeking individuals with a strong culinary background, meticulous attention to detail, and an unwavering passion for creating delightful and visually stunning dishes. Previous experience as a cook within the hospitality industry is required, and experience in a fine dining environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes.
• Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff for smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Assist with menu planning and development.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cook or chef within the hospitality industry.
• Strong culinary skills and sound knowledge of various cooking techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and sanitation practices.
