Responsibilities

• Bring the menu to life by preparing and cooking delectable dishes with flair and creativity.
• Get organized! Execute mise en place to make sure your cooking station runs like a well-oiled machine.
• Taste and adjust dishes to perfection—your palate is your greatest tool!
• Keep things sparkling—follow sanitation protocols to maintain a pristine kitchen environment.
• Share your wisdom! Mentor junior staff and foster a supportive learning environment.
• Stay ahead of the curve—explore culinary trends and techniques to elevate our menus.

Requirements

• A passion for cooking backed by culinary education or relevant certification.
• Experience in high-end restaurants or luxury hotels that has shaped your craft.
• A solid foundation in diverse cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Thrive under pressure? You’ll fit right in our fast-paced kitchen.
• Great communication skills and a collaborative spirit are a must!
• Attention to detail—little things make a huge difference in great cuisine.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations is essential.
