Santikos Collection, a prestigious hospitality company known for its luxury resorts and hotels, is currently seeking a skilled and passionate Cook A' to join our culinary team. This position will be based at one of our stunning properties, contributing to the exceptional dining experiences we provide to our valued guests.

As a Cook A', you will play a key role in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring that all meals are prepared according to our established standards. You will work under the guidance of our experienced chefs, collaborating with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional culinary creations.

We are looking for individuals with a strong culinary background, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes. Previous experience as a cook within the hospitality industry is required, and experience in a fine dining environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes.
• Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with menu planning and development.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cook or chef within the hospitality industry.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and sanitation practices.
