The Mt. Lebanon School District Food Services Department is seeking applicants for the position of Cook at Mt. Lebanon High School.

This is a Floater assignment that will rotate among the cook stations in the High School and middle school cafeterias on a daily basis.

This is a full-time, on-site, permanent 10-month position working 6.5 hours per day, scheduled between the hours of 6:30 AM and 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday, on days when students are in attendance during the regular school year.

Additional work/training days may be scheduled by the Food Services Department on an as needed basis.

Hourly Rate: $19.01

This position is eligible for:

• Paid time off in the form of sick and personal days
• Individual coverage of district sponsored health, dental, and/or vision insurance benefits after successful completion of a 90 day probationary period
• Work shirts provided
• Reimbursement of up to $150 per school year for the purchase of district-approved work pants and/or shoes

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

In order to be eligible for employment, the following clearances must be furnished and approved for hire at time of job offer:

• Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151)
• Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check (Act 34)
• FBI Federal Criminal History Record (Act 114)

The following additional trainings and forms are required upon hire:

• Act 126 Child/Student Abuse Recognition and Reporting
• Arrest or Conviction Form (PDE 6004) (Act 24)
• School Personnel Health Record (Physical with TB Test)
• Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Information (Act 168)
