Performs essential base-level tasks and functions related to service fulfillment, disinfection and sanitation in patient facing, ancillary or back-office areas Provides service, support, and colleague or customer support in accordance with level of experience, education, regulatory agency standards and established policies and procedures. Conducts daily functions in a compassionate, ethical and respectful manner. Supports patients, families, and guests in exceeding their expectations. Demonstrates the ability to deliver personalized care and service unique to the patients' and families' expectations/needs.

Maintains a Working Knowledge of applicable federal, state & local laws / regulations, Trinity Health Integrity & Compliance Program & Code of Conduct, as well as other policies, procedures & guidelines in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical & professional behavior & safe work practices.
High School Diploma. Serve Safe Certified or obtain certification within 6 months of hire. Food handlers’ certification within 6 months of hire. One year restaurant/institution cooking or one year of retail store cashiering.
Previous large volume cooking experience and line cooking experience.
