The Opportunity:

Join the Culinary team at Crystalbrook Flynn and bring your passion for food to life in a creative kitchen that celebrates modern dining and bold flavours. This casual position offers 16–24 hours per week, providing flexibility and the chance to grow your skills in a supportive, professional environment.

As a Cook, you will assist our Chefs with the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes - maintaining consistency, care and attention to detail with every plate. You will take pride in working within a clean, well-organised kitchen, upholding safety and hygiene standards, and supporting a positive, collaborative team culture.

You are enthusiastic, reliable and take pride in your craft. With a strong work ethic and genuine love for food, you approach every shift with curiosity and care - contributing to a kitchen culture that is professional, supportive and passionate about quality.

• Previous experience in a Cook role within a busy kitchen environment
• A genuine passion for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes
• Sound understanding of food safety, hygiene and WH&S standards
• Ability to maintain a clean, organised and efficient workstation
• Excellent communication skills and a cooperative, team-focused approach
• High attention to detail and consistency under pressure
• Flexibility to work across a rotating seven-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Relevant trade qualification or culinary training (preferred)
