Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare all food following standard recipes and special diet orders.
• Ensure food is at an acceptable temperature.
• Check daily events to ensure needs are met.
• Determines amount and type of food/supplies required for daily menus. Obtains supplies from storage areas for meal production.
• Maintains a clean working environment.
