Job Description

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

We're seeking skilled cooks to join our kitchen team who will be instrumental in ensuring the quality of our dishes consistently impresses our guests. We prioritize attention to detail, strong teamwork, and reliability. Candidates should have availability for both weekday and weekend shifts, as well as the flexibility to work either opening or closing shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates all hot and cold food preparation, including banquets when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to our standards of food quality, recipes, and preparation.
• Maintain product consistency through inspections of seasonings, portions, and appearance of food.
• Coordinate service with restaurant and banquet operations.
• Handle the delegation of staff for preparation and service in the restaurant, kitchen, and banquets.
• Assists in the coordination of inventory and purchasing of all supplies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in culinary roles, with a proven track record of successfully delivering exceptional guest service and culinary excellence.
• Demonstrates recipe knowledge for soups, sauces, and entrees, making suggestions to improve quality and eliminate waste.
