Job Description
Our partner organization is looking for a seasoned and entrepreneurial leader to head a high-impact services division that contributes a significant share of overall revenue and profitability.
This role will carry full P&L responsibility and drive growth, operational excellence, and expansion across multiple service lines. The COO will work closely with senior leadership to scale operations, strengthen systems, and deliver high-quality services across geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Financial Leadership
Define and execute growth strategy across service lines
Own end-to-end P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation
Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong unit economics
Operations & Expansion
Oversee end-to-end service delivery across locations
Build and scale operational infrastructure in new geographies
Ensure consistent quality and efficiency across projects and sites
Stakeholder Management
Build and manage relationships with clients, partners, and external stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships
Team Leadership & Culture
Lead cross-functional teams across multiple locations
Build leadership bench strength and enable high-performance teams
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
Monitoring & Systems Building
Establish performance metrics and dashboards to track outcomes
Strengthen systems, processes, and tools to improve efficiency and scalability
Drive data-informed decision-making across the division
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
8–12 years of experience in operations, business management, or service delivery roles
Strong track record of managing P&L and scaling multi-location operations
Experience in fast-growing, execution-heavy environments (e.g., logistics, services, infrastructure, or similar sectors) is preferred
Skills & Mindset
Strong operator with a bias for execution and problem-solving
Ability to build systems and processes in evolving environments
Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and adaptability
Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complexity
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus
