The ideal candidate is a results-driven executive with a strong leadership background, a strategic mindset, and extensive experience managing complex, high-impact projects in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the companys operational strategy to drive efficiency and growth.
• Optimize core business processes and lead organizational change initiatives.
• Build and oversee management structures, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Manage the product portfolio, including the development of monetization strategies.
• Collaborate with key clients and actively contribute to major projects.
• Monitor and analyze operational and financial KPIs, mitigate risks, and eliminate inefficiencies.

Requirements

• Education A degree in IT, Business Administration, Economics, or an MBA is preferred.
• Experience 10+ years in the tech sector, primarily in software development.
• Proven expertise in business operations management, ideally within B2B or B2G sectors.
• A track record of success in senior leadership roles (COO, Deputy CEO, or equivalent).
