Job Description

Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Convivialité Ventures Analyst Intern to join the Europe/LATAM team for 6 months from September 26 to February 27.

You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).

You’ll be joining a small, international team and will be involved in every step of the investment process, from sourcing to post-investment support.

Your Missions

  • Source and evaluate investment opportunities

  • Conduct market research, benchmarks, and thematic deep dives to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

  • Participate in financial analysis, due diligence, and investment memo preparation.

  • Support portfolio monitoring and ecosystem-building across the EMEA/LATAM regions.

  • Academic background: Gap year or final year of a top-tier business or engineering school.

  • Experience: Prior experience in M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital is mandatory Experience in the entertainment, music, or hospitality industry is a strong plus.

  • Mindset: Analytical, curious, and passionate about startups and the entertainment world.

  • A love for music is a real advantage.

Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
