Conveyancing in the UK is overdue for reinvention. Transactions take too long, lawyers spend too much time on admin, and clients often feel left in the dark. It's fragmented, under pressure, and struggling to cope with growing complexity.

Our client is a CLC regulated conveyancing law firm designed from the ground-up around AI to bring speed, clarity and consistency to the conveyancing process. Their clients are home buyers and sellers and we partner with estate agents and other intermediaries who introduce clients to them. They're right at the start of their journey having launched in May 2026 with their first cohort of conveyancers, clients and introducers.

The team and technology behind them is what makes it special. They are a spin-out of one of the world's leading legal AI companies focused exclusively on automating real estate law. Their founding team built the technology that powers 1 in 10 residential property transactions in the UK today. Their expert conveyancers have decades of experience and have collectively completed thousands of transactions.

The Opportunity

This is, at heart, a sales role, and a genuinely important one. When someone asks for a quote for their home move, they are weighing up who to trust with one of the biggest transactions of their life. Your job is to turn that interest into a decision to instruct.

You will produce clear, accurate quotes for prospective clients, follow them up, answer their questions, and give them the confidence to get started. You will produce basic data on sales pipeline and prepare reports for our commercial partners.

In a fun, fast paced and inspiring startup environment, you will be working with our fast growing founding team of conveyancers, legal and AI engineers at the cutting edge of legal tech.

What You Will Do

• Produce quotes: Prepare accurate, easy-to-understand conveyancing quotes for prospective clients, using proprietary technology.
• Follow up and convert: Speak with prospective clients to follow up their quote, understand what they need, and encourage them to instruct. This is the core of the role.
• Answer questions with confidence: Handle client questions and queries clearly and warmly, explaining things in plain English and knowing when to bring in a conveyancer for the technical detail.
• Keep the pipeline moving: Track your quotes and follow-ups so nothing slips, and keep clients informed at every step rather than leaving them wondering.
• Help them improve: Feed back what you hear from clients, spot where quotes or follow-up processes could be sharper, and provide your insights to the team to help them continuously refine how they win and onboard clients.

Desirable

• Experience in conveyancing or other legal services, perhaps as an assistant or paralegal.
• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or any role where you have persuaded or looked after customers.
• Experience in property such as estate agencies
