The Role
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you’ll play a key part in managing a busy and varied caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion. You'll report directly to the firm’s senior leadership and benefit from working in a highly experienced team.
Key Duties Include:
Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing
Managing your own caseload independently
Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other third parties Drafting and preparing legal documents
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
The Ideal Candidate
You’ll be a confident and competent Conveyancing Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years' experience managing files autonomously.
Solid background in residential conveyancing
Ability to run a full caseload independently
Strong attention to detail and client care skills
