The Role

As a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will take full ownership of a diverse caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including:

• Residential Sales & Purchases

• Re-mortgages

• Delivering a high-standard, communicative client experience.

• Engaging in business development to build your own professional profile and client base.

About You

To be considered for this role, you should be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEx professional, or an experienced Fee Earner who can demonstrate:

• The ability to run a residential caseload independently.

• A passion for client service and clear communication.

• Confidence with legal technology and case management systems.

• A commercial mindset—someone who enjoys networking and being part of a firm "on the up."
