Conveyancer / Conveyancing Assistant - Work from Anywhere in SA

About the Role

Due to strong demand, we’re looking for an experienced Conveyancer or Conveyancing Assistantto join our team.

You can be based anywhere in South Australia - Adelaide, regional or rural. If you're passionate about helping clients through their property journey, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Conveyancer:

  • Manage A–Z residential conveyancing matters
  • Review Contracts of Sale and give detailed advice to clients
  • Prepare and draft legal correspondence, contracts and documentation
  • Guide clients through every stage of their property transaction
  • Deliver exceptional service every time

As a Conveyancing Assistant:

  • Play a key role in supporting a team of lawyers and conveyancers
  • Assist with transactional and administrative support across matters
  • Conduct legal searches and support the preparation of property settlements
  • Prepare and draft legal correspondence and documentation
  • Contribute to a smooth and efficient client experience

About You

Successful applicants will demonstrate the following: 

  • 2+ years experience in property law/conveyancing
  • proven ability to work autonomously with accountability and consistent delivery
  • High-performing, proactive and committed to client service excellence
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer and stakeholder focus and work ethic
  • Strong IT literacy and aptitude for learning new legal technology
  • ability to multitask and manage several different tasks/jobs at once in an organised and coherent manner
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to maintain connection across a largely remote team
  • 'Can-do' attitude with enthusiasm, confidence, energy and positivity
