The Opportunity

Our conveyancing team is growing with the introduction of “Beyond Conveyancing” by
DMAW Lawyers. As a result, we are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to
support our team. It’s an exciting time to join the firm!

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• opening and managing residential conveyancing files
• ordering relevant searches
• assisting with commercial conveyancing files and land division
• preparing and checking Form 1s
• drafting LTO documents and in PEXA
• matter liaison with all relevant parties to the transaction
• preparing settlement statements
• reviewing executed documentation

About You

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

• prior experience running conveyancing files
• high attention to detail with a passion for delivering work to a high standard
• strong organisational skills and a collaborative team approach
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• an ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a positive, can-do attitude
