Actively Hiring a Converting Operator at our Sugar Grove, IL Facility | $2,000 Hire Bonus

Salary Range: $19.00- $21.00/hour

Hours: Monday-Thursday | 6am – 4pm

Essential Duties and Tasks:

• This position is responsible for setting up and operating laminating and converting bag machines to meet or exceed customer quality expectations. The operator is one that works independently and as part of a team, effectively communicates, gets along with others, has a positive attitude, and is well organized. 10-hour shifts are standard but are subject to change based on company need.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Previous machine operating experience is a plus
