Allegiant Stadium
Located adjacent to the world-famous Las Vegas Strip and home to the Las Vegas Raiders , Allegiant Stadium is an award-winning global events destination. A state-of-the-art, multipurpose venue with a capacity of 65,000, Allegiant Stadium has hosted world-class music artists such as Garth Brooks, The Rolling Stones, Guns N’ Roses, Illenium and BTS with more legendary concerts to come. The fully enclosed stadium is also home to the UNLV Rebels football team and has hosted premier sporting events such as the CONCACAF Gold Cup Final, Pac-12 Championship Game, Las Vegas Bowl, and WWE SummerSlam. The venue also hosted the NFL Pro Bowl in 2022 and Super Bowl LVIII in 2024. TheFull-TimeConversionTechnicianis responsible forsupporting and managing the various conversions for the stadium for all events to include installation and removal of synthetic turf, retractable seating,stagesbuilds and furniture movement. Cross-functional responsibilities to support the stadium for all event set-ups and breakdown of allfacetsof the facility. Direct support to theOperationsManagerswill berequiredwith timekeeping, documentation support, site operational planning and development, and asset inventory control for all FF&E assets.
Essential Functions
Assistsisthe overall conversion of Stadium from event to event and responsible for the set-up and tear-down tasks in relation to each Stadium event.
Responsible for the set-up and tear-down of all Stadium owned or leased furniture,fixturesand equipment, including but not limited to; tables, chairs, linens, small risers, stanchions, signage, barricade, k-rail, etc.
Assistsin the installation,removaland maintenance of the synthetic turf for Stadium events
Assistsin the installation,removaland maintenance of the SEDA Seating system for Stadium events
Assistsin the installation,removaland maintenance of theStagerightdecking system for Stadium events.
Operates stadium owned or leased machinery and equipment to complete all tasks safely, while following proper safety procedures.
Assistin the maintenance and management of equipment inventory and the proper storage of conversion equipment, tools, and supplies to ensure all equipment is accounted for and kept in good working condition.
Responsible for repair and maintenance of all Stadium owned seating.
Supports the daily operations of the Stadium’s loading dock. Responsible for sending and receiving deliveries, including tracking of stadium packages through the Notify software and booking delivery appointments.
Trains PT laborers in carrying out all conversion tasks andutilizingoperational equipment.
Other duties as assigned.
