About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Conversion Optimization Lead to accelerate eCommerce growth across our markets. This role will lead strategies that improve the online shopper journey, strengthen digital shelf excellence, and drive sell-out growth across priority brands and channels.
The position connects global strategy, brand priorities, and retail execution, translating insights into scalable frameworks and actionable plans that improve conversion performance across markets.
Objective
Lead conversion optimization across priority brands and eCommerce channels by translating global strategies and toolkits into locally executable initiatives that enhance shopper experience, strengthen digital shelf performance, and drive sustainable online growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead conversion optimization strategy across brands and eCommerce platforms.
Translate global strategies into locally relevant execution plans and toolkits
Identify and improve key conversion drivers across the shopper journey (search, content, digital shelf, media, and checkout).
Monitor and analyze performance to identify opportunities and continuously optimize results.
Collaborate with E-commerce Sales, Marketing, Trade, and Retail Media teams to align initiatives with commercial priorities.
Brief agencies and internal teams to ensure strong and consistent execution across markets.
Profile
Experience in eCommerce, digital shelf, performance marketing, or online sales +5 years
Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate insights into action
Experience working with marketplaces, retail media, or digital commerce platforms
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel).
Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Master’s in Digital Marketing or E-commerce is a plus.
Languages: Native Spanish, Advanced English.
