About the Role
The Engagement and Conversion Officer (International) plays a vital role in supporting the University of Wollongong’s global growth by guiding prospective international students from offer to enrolment. Through targeted communications, web content and conversion activities, this role helps future students navigate their journey to UOW, enhancing their experience and increasing conversion outcomes. Working collaboratively with global teams, the position directly contributes to building a diverse and thriving international student community.

About the Team
This role sits within the International Student Recruitment Division in the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Growth and Global) portfolio at UOW. It works closely with a global network of recruitment, admissions and service teams, as well as internal stakeholders across faculties, marketing and student services. The team exists to support prospective international students throughout their decision-making journey, driving enrolment outcomes and contributing to UOW’s global growth.
