The Role
Your new position as Conversion Editor will be focusing on improving the conversion rates across our gaming spaces from our Hub, Marketplace and Rewards Platform. As our new CRO expert you’ll have a great opportunity to work with our Content and SEO teams to optimize articles, content and click throughs across main sites.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive editing guidelines specifically focused on conversion-centric content.

  • Audit and edit existing high-traffic pages to improve revenue-per-visitor through iterative copy and design refinements.

  • Oversee the editorial and CRO tactics of new page launches to ensure they meet performance benchmarks from day one.

  • Identify and suggest new page elements or interactive additions that complement and enhance existing layouts.

  • Design concepts and partner with development to architect new page layouts for both existing and upcoming content streams.

  • Build and refine end-to-end page funnels to ensure a seamless, high-converting journey from entry to action.

  • Design, document, and track experiments regarding brand voice and tone to determine the highest-converting persona for specific verticals.

  • Maintain a rigorous documentation cycle of test results, insights, and the resulting revenue impact for stakeholder review.

Requirements

  • Advanced experience using LLMs for "agentic" workflows, including prompt engineering and context-building via skills.md or similar documentation.

  • Proven ability to formulate conversion hypotheses and execute A/B or multivariate tests on copy, design, and page structure.

  • Proficiency in setting up testing environments and utilizing data analytics tools to extract verifiable, actionable conclusions.

  • Exceptional ability to identify mismatches in copy, design, and formatting, with the skill to provide a clear "why" behind every change.

  • Experience building and managing content scraping and automated review agents for large-scale content refinement and quality control.

  • Deep understanding of how design elements and page layouts influence user behavior and conversion psychology.

  • Expert-level ability to write and iterate on high-impact copy that balances brand voice with performance metrics.

  • Hands-on experience with technical implementation of changes within CMS platforms or testing environments.
