About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Creative Designer who believes that design is not only about aesthetics—it is about influencing customer behavior and driving business results.
Your mission is to transform marketing messages into high-performing visual creatives that increase attention, improve engagement, and ultimately generate more conversions.
You will work closely with Media Buyers, Conversion Copywriters, and Creative Strategists to create and continuously improve ad creatives based on real performance data.

What You'll Do

• Design high-converting creatives for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Display.
• Transform the same marketing message into multiple visual concepts.
• Create different visual approaches for the same offer without changing the copy.
• Design static and motion creatives optimized for paid advertising.
• Develop creative variations based on testing hypotheses.
• Iterate winning creatives instead of producing random refreshes.
• Participate in weekly creative performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Copywriters and Media Buyers to improve campaign performance.
• Maintain brand identity while maximizing conversion potential.
• Organize design files using a scalable creative system.
