Position Summary Information
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Demonstrated interest in team science, research translation, and/or interdisciplinary research
Experience coordinating programs or professional communities
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Coordinate and administer INTEREACH webinar series, including scheduling and speaker engagement
Build and manage listserv, and community calendar
Manage timely website updates
Serve as primary point of contact for community members and partners
Coordinate Steering Committee meetings and communications
Support engagement with partner networks (I2Insights, ITD Alliance, InSciTS, Team Science SIG)
Assist with facilitation activities and asset mapping for cross-institutional development of the Research and Innovation strategic directions, as we mobilize the THRIVE (Translational Hubs for Research, Innovation and Engagement) model and related initiatives
Identify and organize institutional and regional research assets supporting both INTEREACH and THRIVE initiatives throughout campus and surrounding ecosystem
Support documentation of translational processes, practices, and benchmarks
Track and compile reports on participation and engagement metrics
Ensure alignment with university policies and maintain appropriate documentation
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in a relevant field
Experience with interdisciplinary or team science initiatives
Familiarity with communities of practice
Experience with facilitation or asset mapping
Experience with digital platforms and communications tools
Experience in academic or research environments
Work Schedule/Hours
Monday-Friday, 4hrs/day
