Controls Technician – Supporting the Systems That Power Automation

We’re seeking a Controls Technician to assist with the setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automation and control systems in real-world industrial environments. This position offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology and the opportunity to support projects that integrate electrical, mechanical, and software systems.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Install, wire, and test control panels, PLCs, sensors, and other automation components

• Troubleshoot and repair control systems to ensure reliable performance

• Assist engineers with system setup, testing, and commissioning

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control logic

• Document system updates, maintenance activities, and technical findings

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and operation

What We’re Looking For:

• Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical Technology, Automation, or related field

• Practical experience with control systems, PLCs, or industrial automation

• Strong understanding of electrical fundamentals and troubleshooting techniques

• Clear communication skills and attention to detail

• Willingness to travel for on-site work and support project deployments
