A Taste of What You'll Do
We’re seeking a skilled and curious Instrumentation and Controls Technician to help keep our plant running safely, efficiently, and reliably. In this role, you’ll work with plant instrumentation, PLCs, HMIs, and control systems to install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment that supports daily operations. You’ll play an important part in minimizing downtime, solving technical issues, and helping production systems perform at their best in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving, learning new technologies, and collaborating across teams. You’ll support operations and maintenance by using PLCs, electrical test equipment, and system tools such as Asset Centre and RSLinx to diagnose issues, replace failed electrical components, upload and review PLC and HMI data, and assist with code changes under the guidance of experienced technicians. You’ll also contribute to equipment improvements, capital projects, and new product commercialization efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance reliability, performance, and process capability.
We welcome candidates who bring a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement, along with the ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with cross-functional partners. Success in this role comes from being dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to build technical expertise while supporting a respectful and inclusive workplace. If you’re motivated by troubleshooting, innovation, and making a real impact on plant performance, we encourage you to apply.
