• Established organization with over a century of experience in building systems and energy services
• Work includes owner-direct and plan & spec / design-build projects
• Project types include new construction, retrofit, and service work
• Industries served include commercial buildings, higher education, K–12, retail, hospitality, municipal, manufacturing/industrial, and food processing facilities
• Services include building automation & integration, energy procurement, EV charging, HVAC energy improvements, LED lighting & controls, and solar solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, and service building automation systems and associated controls hardware
• Troubleshoot and modify existing BAS programs in live environments
• Rewrite programming sequences and work with pre-packaged libraries
• Support commissioning activities including point-to-point checkout and functional testing
• Coordinate startup, termination, and system integration with installation teams

Ideal Candidate

• 2–5+ years of experience as a Controls Technician, BAS Service Technician, or similar role
• Experience with Alerton systems strongly preferred
• Familiarity servicing Honeywell systems is a plus
