As a Vice President Product Manager within the Controls Room Team in Control Management, you will lead the end-to-end product development of a new, ground-up application in the Control Management space. You will partner closely with other control disciplines to oversee existing control capabilities while designing and implementing new control functions and protocols. You will unify reference hierarchies across compliance and operational risk frameworks to promote consistency, interoperability, and operational efficiency.
Our development approach is spec-driven and includes rapid prototyping, leveraging Claude Code and/or GitHub Copilot (in accordance with firm-approved tooling and controls). You will design AI-first features that embed intelligent assistance directly into core control workflows. You will collaborate with stakeholders across lines of business and corporate functions to collect, analyze, and monitor firmwide risk-based intelligence. You will empower the three lines of defense with timely, risk-based information to manage and enhance their control environments. You will contribute to maintaining a strong and consistent control environment by supporting early operational risk identification, effective control design, and sustainable risk mitigation solutions. You will help the Controls Room deliver cost-effective, automated reporting and actionable insights that improve decision-making across the firm. You will provide clear views into risks and issues, ensuring corporate and business teams are set up for long-term success.
