Tasks and Qualifications:

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • Sie entwerfen kundenspezifische Systeme unter Berücksichtigung der lokal geltenden Normen und Gesetze und unter Einhaltung der unternehmensinternen Standards.
  • Sie rüsten bestehende Anlagen mit neuer Hardware nach und unterstützen den Controls Engineer bei der Erstellung der Software.
  • Dazu analysieren Sie Kundenanforderungen und setzen diese um.
  • Sie konfigurieren und projektieren FeldbussystememitProfinetund I/O-Link
  • Sie arbeiten an kundenspezifischen Systemen in einem internationalen Umfeld.
  • Sie erstellen Stromlaufpläne und Stücklisten mitEplanP8.
  • Sie erstellen Außengerätelayouts mit MAESTRO (3D-Layout-Software)
  • Sie analysieren die Machbarkeit und Kosten von Änderungsanfragen.
  • Sie unterstützen die Lösungsentwicklung bei der Angebotserstellung.
  • Sie führen die Leistungsverbrauchsberechnungen und Antriebsauslegungen durch.
  • Sie erstellen Risikobeurteilungen mitSistemaundSafexpert
  • Sie nehmen an Übergabebesprechungen aus der Fertigungund zur Installationteil und können Ihre Aufgabe mit diesen Informationen selbstständig ausführen.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder Automatisierungstechnik oder Erfahrung als staatlich geprüfter Techniker im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik
  • Kenntnisse der Antriebstechnik und Feldbussysteme (Profinet).
  • Kenntnisse inEplanP8.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS365 und SAP.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch ein ausgeprägtes mechatronisches Verständnis aus und bringen die Fähigkeit mit, komplexe Systeme zu verstehen.
  • Sie arbeiten gerne im Team. (Schnittstellen zu Fertigung, Steuerungs-SW, Mechanik...).
  • Kundenorientierte Denkweise,g ute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
