Our award-winning client is seeking a Controls Engineer to join their team. Join our team as a Controls Engineer/Technician and play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems for our advanced technology.
Responsibilities:
Develop control systems that meet project specifications and industry standards.
Write and modify software for various applications, ensuring optimal functionality.
Install and commission systems, collaborating with other teams for seamless integration.
Identify and resolve control system issues efficiently.
Perform routine maintenance and updates for continued reliability and performance.
Maintain accurate documentation of all control system activities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in designing, programming, and maintaining control systems.
Proficiency in: PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens), HMI development, and servo controls/programming.
Willingness to travel for customer site troubleshooting.
Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Industry standards and regulations.
Collaborative and willing to stay updated on emerging technologies.
