你需要做的是
负责相关行业(例如商业建筑/工业建筑/公共建筑/地铁/数据中心等)的楼宇自控产品销售及品牌推广,完成销售任务。


你将会怎么做

  • 向客户销售楼宇自控产品,包括BAS、阀门、传感器、执行器、PLC及关键环境控制产品等;

  • 建立和拓宽楼宇自控产品销售渠道,建立经销网络,提供良好的客户服务,建立并维护良好的客户关系;

  • 与拥有决定权的业主、建筑公司建立伙伴关系,提升销售量。

  • 通过为客户的商业需求提供技术解决方案,体现JCI建筑服务价值;

  • 利用销售工具计划起草进程,扩大商业机会;

  • 每月定期完成销售指标,争取扩大业务深度和广度;根据客户及设计院的要求,提供初步的自控系统选型报价及技术解决方案。

我们期待的是

  • 本科以上学历;工科类相关专业,

  • 5-7年以上楼宇自控/暖通/电气相关销售背景;

  • 对楼宇控制系统及应用有很好的理解;

  • 丰富的业主/总包/设计院资源;

  • 有较强的沟通能力和团队协作精神,能承受较大工作压力,独立开展项目跟进工作。
