We are looking for a Reporting and Controlling Analysis Specialist who will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the areas of:

  • Inventory levels,
  • Material consumption,
  • Product cost calculation,
  • Cost of Goods Sold variance-to-standard (COGS variance-to-standard).

The new team in Poland will become part of a global department providing centralized support to the Controlling organization and all Group entities by preparing reports, data, calculations, and analyses related to the above areas.

The position is based in Bieruń (Śląskie).

As a Controlling Subject Matter Expert (m/f/d) you will report to Controlling SME Leader in the group controlling based in Bierun for a Permanent contract.

What will you be doing?

  • Working daily in SAP and BW/4Hana databases, as well as with Business Intelligence tools (SaC, Power BI),
  • Preparing analyses, reports, and data summaries for internal purposes,
  • Supporting the Controlling team in ongoing tasks such as:
    • Product costing,
    • Verification of material movements,
    • Monitoring potential errors in transactional data,
    • Participation in month-end closing and variance analysis,
    • Conducting ad hoc analyses,

Acting as a Subject Matter Expert in the areas of:

  • Product cost calculation,
  • Launching the ICA process,
  • Reports and analyses on inventory levels and material consumption,
  • Identifying improvements and opportunities for further centralization in the above areas.

Who are we looking for?

A person who:

  • Holds a university degree in controlling, finance, or a related field,
  • Has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an international environment,
  • Has very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP,
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and organizational skills,
  • Is collaboration-oriented and enjoys working with large datasets and analyses,
  • Speaks English at B2 level – allowing communication within the Group,
  • Shows a proactive attitude and initiative in carrying out assigned tasks,
  • Feels comfortable working in a team, especially in a remote setup.
