Your Role:

  • The Controlling Analyst plays a critical role in delivering high-quality financial reporting, business analysis, and controlling services that support strategic decision-making across the organization.
  • The role involves close collaboration with global stakeholders to provide accurate, timely, and reliable financial information while driving continuous process improvements and standardization initiatives.
  • As a trusted Finance Business Partner and Service Expert, the Controlling Analyst is responsible for preparing regular reporting packages, supporting forecasting and budgeting activities, performing financial analysis, ensuring data quality and integrity, and identifying opportunities for process automation and operational excellence.
  • The analyst is expected to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to finance transformation initiatives.
  • The role reports directly to the Team Leader and collaborates with local, regional, and global stakeholders on various financial reporting, controlling, process improvement, and project-related activities.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
  • CIMA and/or CMA certifications are advantageous but not required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Controllership, or Business Controlling functions in a multinational, local, or shared services environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business controlling, including:
  • Experience in Shared Services, Global Business Services, or Centers of Excellence is preferred.
  • Experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry is an advantage.

Technical Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and Business Controlling principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and financial modeling.
  • Strong PowerPoint presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with SAP and other ERP systems.
  • Working knowledge of:
  • Experience managing and analyzing large datasets.
  • Familiarity with automation technologies and Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tools is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of project management and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.

Work Arrangement

  • Amenable to work onsite or hybrid in BGC, Taguig City.
  • Flexible to support morning, mid-shift, or night-shift schedules based on business requirements.
  • May interact with regional and global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
