Work in Industrial Controllership, responsible for generating, validating, and analyzing managerial costs R, M, and STD, ensuring the quality and accuracy of cost information.

Support financial analysis of ECOs, engineering changes, and NPI projects, evaluating impacts on material, process, and product costs. Monitor and analyze NON STD items, support inventory and monthly closing processes, investigate deviations, and provide information for decision-making, continuous improvement, and cost reduction.

Your Impact

• Lead Cost Analysis and Standard Cost Processes: generate and maintain standard, managerial, and actual costs according to established calendars. Analyze cost variances, identify root causes, risks, and opportunities, and provide insights to support business decision-making.
• Drive Inventory Control and Cost Management: monitor and analyze non-standard inventory transactions, including scrap, rework, shrinkage, and excess & obsolete (E&O) inventory. Develop and track action plans to reduce losses and improve inventory performance.
• Support Financial Close and Industrial Performance Analysis: assist with monthly close activities, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations. Analyze manufacturing expenses, budget and forecast variances, production orders, and operational factors impacting costs and inventory.
• Manage Inventory Audits and Internal Controls: coordinate and support cycle counts, physical inventories, WIP, and finished goods audits. Investigate inventory discrepancies, ensure proper documentation, and maintain compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
• Partner with Operations to Improve Business Performance: collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve issues, develop KPIs, support cost-reduction initiatives, drive process improvements, and ensure data accuracy and reporting quality.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Completed degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Knowledge of cost accounting, inventories, and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is desirable, especially JDE and/or EWM, and reporting tools.
• Intermediate English communication skills.
